Home2 Suites by Hilton Oxford is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth for our property. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across room nights and meeting room rental while keeping ownership and leadership informed on progress toward those goals. You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build a strong pipeline of corporate, group, and leisure bookings that drive consistent occupancy and revenue performance.
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder at heart with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and local market landscape. You will cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by taking the time to understand each customer’s business objectives and needs. Clear and effective communication with hotel staff, potential clients, and guests is essential to success in this role, as is the ability to think critically and make sound, independent decisions that are in the best interest of the hotel. Strong professional writing skills are a must, as you will be responsible for crafting emails, proposals and contracts that are compelling, accurate, and strategically smart for the business. This role extends beyond the office — you will actively represent Home2 Suites at community events, networking functions, and occasional after hours engagements throughout Oxford. Above all, we are looking for a true team player who leads by example, is willing to roll up their sleeves, and understands that the success of the hotel is a collective effort.
